Does anyone know how to get the movements of the 8th SS from this region? Believe they were in the Arad region. Looked at Osprey and Mark Axesworthy's books along with others but no exact information from what I can see. Spelling might be off since I am away from home right now.

Sorry if it is not related to the question but I want to know if the town of Targu Mures was the theater of a Battle during World War II?

I believe Târgu-Mures/Marosvásárhely/Neumarkt was largely spared of urban fighting in Sept. 1944. I was born in that city and can't remember anyone mentioning street combats.

Believe the 8th SS to the east and south of the city, looking for information that would be more precise.
