 As far as I know, in the 1916 campaign (at the beginning of its participation in WW1) Romania used Nieuport 11 (“bebe”) planes as fighters - delivered from France immediately prior to its entering into the war, only a part of them armed (with Lewis MG, firing outside of the propeller’s arc). | ||
