BlitzPig_Raven214 made a short movie about Operaiton Tidalwave using the ww2 flight simulator Il2.Although it is not very historical correct it is a nice movie to watch and gave me some ideeas about my own project about 23rd june '44.Here's a link to the movie:

I saw both parts of this movie. It capture the dramatic moments ( also dramatic sound music)of the Tidal Wave mission as was in reality. But no IAR's fighters. Only B-24 G and Bf109E models.

I know.. and the Emils had desert cammo
 as I said it wasn't very historical correct, but nice.Maybe after I will finally finishe the 23rd june '44 project I will start on Operation Tidal Wave (come on new patch !!!!) |

OMG ! Just saw the most amazing movie made using IL2 ww2 flight sim.. the action is in Pacific but the effectsa.. it is simply amazing, breath taking, wonderfull !! When I think I have to beat this one I am geting dizzy

Cantacuzino I am planning to beat this one
but mine will be a totally different style considering it is a historical movie.I am now wiating for the patch to be able to shoot the movie (there are some things in it we will need) meanwhile we're working on the script and training for it.BTW: you said to tell you before making the movie so you can give me some additional info on that day, now would be a good time for that :] |

For that i need your script and what markings, noseart and numbers you used on the planes for 23 june. And where you need additional info. I have in my database the folder with 23 june with a lot of info but probably i gave to you 70% from it. Dan. |
