Sergent Group: Members Posts: 175 Member No.: 438 Joined: January 04, 2005	I have many pictures of old Bucharest but no source for them as I received them from others interested like me in life before communism, changing one from another. I'll post some if that's ok. This one shows a driver caught by police breaking i don't know what rule. He was fined and had to go on streets with that board with 'driver" written on it.
