Hi,
I'm currently working at a game (Close Combat III), actually, I try to modify it (Real Romanians mod) about the Romanian army involvement on the Eastern Front. Because it's about Romanian army, I want to replace the German voices with the Romanian ones. The problem is I have no idea about the reports or the orders in the Romanian army, like accomplishing a task or reaching a key position etc. (with some exceptions like "Sa traiti, permiteti sa raportez..." or "Aviatia inamica la orizont!" I know nothing about the specific language "jargon" in the Romanian army. So, does it exist a code, a specific language in the Romanian army, let's say a kind of "battle language"? Which is the The Communication troops language, what and how are they communicating through the radio transmitters? I suppose there are (were) some sorts of replies a bit standardized (briefs and precises) and the boys don't recite poetic descriptions at the radio transmitters after bloody asault Regards This post has been edited by Ion Antonescu on February 17, 2005 10:07 am |

Browse through the old forum (http://www.network54.com/Forum/108085). I think there was a similar question there some years ago.
