On the web site of the Avalon Project there is the text of the Armistice Agreement between the Allies and Romania, signed in Moscow 60 years ago, on 12 September 1944.

On the same web site there is also the text of the Treaty of Peace signed by Romania on 10 February 1947 (and entered into force on 15 September 1947).

I have also found interesting the collection of papers regarding the Nazi - Soviet relations between 1939 and 1941 which includes the diplomatic correspondence that illustrates the support of the Germans for the Soviet occupation of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in the summer of 1940.

It also should be noted that the SU wanted initially to annex the entire Bukovina, but settled for the northern part, after German protests. It seems Hitler was pretty disturbed by the Soviets claims, which exceeded the ones in the pact.
