Also he has several excellent articles in Aeromagazin.

He is just the co-author. The other author is George Cicos.

May I ask, this emblem that Vlad has as his picture. What does it represent, or was it a Unit marking or personal pilot painting? ...

I know that Sãlisteanu was studing in a aeronautic schol when the war stardted, and he enlisted as pilot. Conclusion, he was already flying . Maybe was an engineering school or a Liceu. I belive that he wasn´t 18 at the time.
