I wonder if anyone could help me further identify the history of a wartime red blind leica camera built in december 1940 and specifically sent to VASKOV ,PRAGUE . I currently own the camera and thats all I know about it. Who or what was Vaskov ? could it have been a commander or just a photographic supplier in Prague? and which divisions were issued with cameras or photographic equipment and for what reason? I would love to find out more about this beautiful camera which is seeped in history and no doubt could tell a tale or two if it could speak. thankyou
