Soviet river warship damaged near Nikolayev on 13 Aug. 1941

On 13 August, 1941 a Hungarian He 46 reconnaissance plane and a CR 42 fighter attacked a small Soviet river warship north of Nikolayev on the River Bug in Peski area. The CR 42 strafed the ship at first, and then the He 46 attacked with MG's also and dropped twelve 10 kg bombs. They claimed one direct bomb hit, several close explosions, and after this, the ship floated south with the river, without own engines. Evidently, it is not sunk, but damaged. Anybody knows the exact class of this warship and the damages?

Do you know a good source about the Soviet River forces? I have just the Grif sekretnosni sniat (edited by Krivosheev), but this book contains just the totally lost river warhips. I am very curious of this ship on 13 August, 1941 (currently I am working on my PhD, the history of the Hungarian Air Force)
BTW the He 46 damaged in the ship's AA fire.
