I'm looking for any reference on Hummel self-propelled gun (150mm howitzer on PzIII/IV chassis) in Romanian Army service.

Nothing I've read even remotely suggests the possibility of Romania receiving these. The Germans seem to have been terminally short of SP artillery, and I don't think anyone was given any. However, if you are including the possibility of the use of captured equipment, then I would say that there's a good chance there may have been a few used locally until they were lost or broke down.
