Who own the data before the August .

Since summer of 1942, Delfinul started capial repairs in the Shipyard of Galatzi. That is no relevant crew and officiers till she was taken to USSR.
I know only an engineer, Traian Anderson, veteran (+), former Commander in RSR Navy.
