They did march in Moscow but not the way they planed...
Immensely huge columns of German POWs, without end to the horizon, were driven through the Moscow streets in 1943 and 1944. Hundreds of thousands of losers ... Or lucky ones to remain alive? I am looking for the same type of photos of Germans in Moscow... *** This post has been edited by dragos on November 05, 2007 06:31 pm |

New Governor Of Alaska, if you are interested in photographs of POW in Moscow, you can ask politely.
If you are interested in a flame war then you are in the wrong place. This is a civilized forum, focused on historical facts, not on ideologies or politics. |

Well, was I rude? No. I did ask politely. Quote - I am looking for the same type of photos of Germans in Moscow... And this thread IS about historical facts. Fact - Germans lost the war, Fact - they got a chance to march on the streets of Moscow. German POWs never-ending columns were passing by the famous Belorussky Railway Station in Moscow. Thousands, thousands, and thousands... Now, at last, they could have a look at Moscow... Although not just in the way Hitler had expected them to. Noticeably enough, it was exactly from the Belorussky Railway Station that the Red Army troops used to leave the capital for the front line. *** This post has been edited by dragos on November 05, 2007 06:31 pm |

If you are interested in photographs, you can drop such kind of side remarks. It can be harmful or insulting for people that took part in the war, or related to them, no matter on which side they were involved. P.S. I will ask you not to post the same link below each of your post. Advertising is not allowed according to the forum rules. |

And the source of photos is not mentioned, either. Another breach of the forum's rules...

It must be a still from a movie, because the tanks looks like a T-34/85 and something that resembles a Tiger. |
