Gents,

Can someone please help me in IDing the bars worn by this ARR Captain-commandeur?

He is wearing the Star and Crown, and 2 Aeronautical Virtue Medals, but the rest are unknown.

hi,
first strap may be commemorative medal 40 years reign of Carol I for the military, another could be Pelesh medal, war order of sanitary merit and French croix du guerre. i hope to be right in my remarks
