Hi,
i saw this item for sale on ebay. Is it a tag that romanian soldiers on eastern front used to wear hanging by their neck?
What " C.R and T. MICA " would mean?

CR stands for Recruitment Center and T. Mica probably for the locality.

T. Mica stands for Tarnava Mica, one of the counties in interbellum Romania.
