| Who was part of the crew N.M.S. Delfinul in 1944 ? Who own the data before the August . Thank you. |

| Since summer of 1942, Delfinul started capial repairs in the Shipyard of Galatzi. That is no relevant crew and officiers till she was taken to USSR. I know only an engineer, Traian Anderson, veteran (+), former Commander in RSR Navy. |
