Asp. Radu Cioroianu was the grandfather of my best friend. He passed away ten years ago. He served on NMS Marasti from what I managed to find out. I managed to obtain some wartime photos from Bogdan and will post a selection here.

Interesting photos indeed. I have noticed that there were several instances when some of the officers were not wearing life vests while all the other ones did. Do you happen to know the reason for this?
