| I am for 99% sure that he is General de brigadă Edgar Rădulescu, only that in this photo he wears no glasses. |

| The face isn't very familiar to me. He does have the MV Order. That should narrow it down a bit. |

Yes, you are right, I consulted the excellent list http://www.worldwar2.ro/mv/?language=en and after eliminating the known faces, the ones I could find photos of, and the ones decorated after 23 August 1944, I came up with the following list: General de brigadă Arbore P. III Of course he could also be one of the generals that received the MV Order with a lower rank either in WW1 or WW2 and then he would not be in this list. |

| Did somebody have info about Brigadier General Petrescu, commander of 4th Infantry Division during Jassy-Khisinev battle? I can't find anything except some info about a Communist general with the same name. Thanks in advance. http://www.worldwar2.ro/generali/?article=176 |
