| On one occasion in the past, but some years ago, I received good cooperation from the Romanian MOD in Bucharest in researching a Romanian soldier at Stalingrad and contacting his family. Any recent inside advice & guidance on how to proceed with some present research queries I would like to request from the MOD or other agency in Bucharest? Thanks Ralph. |
