| Hello! Does anyone know if Hugo Schwab held the rank of General de corp de armată? His date of promotion? Are there any other biographical details available? Thanks for any assistance! Best regards, Shawn |

Army Corps 6 Oct 1943 - 15 Aug 1944 - CO Mountain Corps 16 Aug 1944 - 18 Sept 1944 - CO 7th. Army Corps What for the missing period ? Found an official ( ? Nurnberg) soviet document who stated responables for Odessa prejudices a lot of persons (germans, romanians), including : Military Governor - general Potopeanu, The „Odessa Military District” CO - div.general Hugo Schwab, 4/24 Inf.Div. - gen.
