| 95 P.11F were ordered from IAR on 21/1/1936. When were these aircraft delivered by IAR to the FARR? Thanks, Neil |

| From 1938-1939 where delivered No.51>No.145+No.01 original P-11F original polish. |

| Dénes is right. First P.11f were delivered from IAR in the summer months (in the line units - probably from July) of 1937. Polish prototype was sent to Romania in the first weeks of 1936. |

An answer for an old topic  . In June 1936 Lt. Nicolae Ticulescu (my grandfather) was at IAR factory as a test pilot for the prototype aircraft IAR-PZL P-11F. Flights for the development and performance determination for the Prototype No. 1 and 2 of the IAR-PZL P-11F. This info thanks to Mr. Dan Antoniu |

| In the “Dimineata” newspaper of 2 June 1936 is an article that shows the Baneasa air meeting from that day. It states that Cpt. Titi Tanasescu presented the first PZL fighter built at the IAR plant, equipped with 800 hp (?) engine, four machine guns and radio station. My question is linked to the engine power, to my knowledge the P.Z.L. P 11F had an engine of about 600 hp, is a mistake or there was a such prototype? Many thanks, Alexandru |

| Very interesting document, thanks Horia. Well, according to some info the maximum take-off power for IAR K9 is as much as 780 HP (but only 640 HP in flight), so perhaps the folks from the newspaper just rounded it up to 800 to "look" better among other reasons. |
