I consider the land reform from 1921 a great event, influencing for better the lives of millions of Romanians, and in the same time an overlooked and neglected event.
The promise of King Ferdinand to create en masse new property owners, made on 23 March/5 April 1917, is something worth to be noted in any book recording WWI in Europe.
As Romania is neglected in any non-Romanian great book dealing with WWI in Europe, the king's promise for land reform is unknown as well. A classic example of neglect: "The First World War" by Hew Strachan.
