| Hi I'm looking information on strength of Romanian Army in july 1914 and on what would have been his strength once mobilized. At the moment i know: the infantry had 40 regiments and 10 light infantry btlns, with the mobilization these would have doubled, the light infantry (vanatori) would have constituted ten 2-btln rgts. i've find very small in on cavalry but it's possible that the mobilization strength was over 16 rgts. on the artillery i find practically nothing i'm looking also info on what and how many heavy weapons (MG, guns/howitzer) had the Army Many thanks i can add some info on what modern gun/howitzer were available the Romanian army had: 624 75mm Krupp field guns 12 75mm Schneider field guns (ex Bulgarians) 16 75mm Schneider mountain gun 120 105mm Krupp field howitzer 8 150mm Schneider heavy field howitzer |
