I would like to ask if you could identifi this dog tag ...my friend find it in Slovenija. Can you identifi ..WW1 or WW2?   Many thanks Sašo |

That is from WW1.
Regiment number 44 ,(maybe B 5 is batalion ?! ) . And that is possible to bo from Romanian POW 's ... |

Thank,s a lot. The dog tag was founded in Slovenija, on Isonzo front. Maybe some prisoner of war lose it.

Interesting is another think .In Branik (Slovenia ) are burried many romanian soldiers who fight in Isonzo battle . But the dog tag is probably from romanian pow,because 44 regiment not was on fight on Isonzo
