Got the book on "Polish Aircraft in Romania" the other day.
I think that anyone interested in Romanian aviation should have one.
Great photos, great info, good quality print.

Denes, your link points to another book ...

Yes, very interesting book. Too bad it's in Polish language.
There were rumors an English edition will be also available ?!

Maybe a bilingual Polish/Romanian edition would have been the best/right option ?!

This is in Polish because it is part of a multi-volume Polish-language "Encyclopaedia of Polish Aeronautical Constructions". This book is "Volume 4, part 3". Volume 5 was published earlier in the autumn. Volume 4 is split into three separate parts because it deals with the very large subject of "September 1939". Parts 1 and 2 cover the "Fight against Germany and Russia" and Part 3 covers the "Polish aircraft in Romania".
You can see these books linked to the right on the the webpage and all of them are worth getting, especially for the planes used by Romania (line drawings, photos, etc)
None of the other books in this series are in English, they are all in Polish.

As for the English version, stay tuned. ;-) I translated this book into English.

This book on Polish planes in Romania has been "in the works" for a while. I translated it into English a couple of years ago. So... the English version exists - the Polish text was based on this English text. As to when will the English version appear, that is up to the publisher and their publishing schedule. I have no knowledge or involvement in that.
The two other books on ARR that I am involved with right now are separate. Still can't talk about them. Translating one right now. wink.gif All will be revealed in due course.

No other "news" have "emerged" in the last seven days. wink.gif
Please try to write to the publisher - they are the only ones who know their publishing schedule.

Which is what I explained so far. Basically they did not say "NO", they said "stay tuned for further news". wink.gif

Let me clarify:
There is the solution to publish this book in Romania, but there is a big problem: who will buy it?
Because
- Romanian only edition will 270 pages.
- Bilingual edition will have about 500 pages.
The difference of pages means more money.
You have to edit my money, guarantee someone will sell? Please remember how excited you were when Horia lnsat idea to edit the magazine was sold, and went bankrupt.
I have the courage to start such a project in Poland had three years to come.
