The one at right of the picture seems to be the "Crusade against Bolshevism" ribbon.

The Pro Basarabia ribbon is blue has a 2mm red stripe in the middle with 1 mm yellow stripe on each side .

So I think that the ribbon is from a diffrent medal

The man is an officer, so what medal or order can be seen here besides the Pro Bessarabia ?

My opinion is that

1st ribbon – Order of Ferdinand I (1929-1937)
2nd ribbon – Medal for Centenary of King Carol I
3rd ribbon – Crusade against Communism

1st ribbon – Order of Ferdinand I: Dark blue with a gold-edged red central stripe.

The ribbon for Medal “Basarabia and Bucovina” looks a little bit different.

I know this site. He is too young and inexperienced for The Order of Ferdinand... and this order was awarded for exceptional deeds.

I will stick to my initial idea...

Thanks for your contribution,

Al

Is not Order of ferdinand, the middle stripe is too thin.

In my opinion, I this is a German Medal (green ribbon)>Also there is something on the ribbon edges, some stripes.

It's the Order of the Crown, knight with Military Virtue ribbon, on the top is put another miniature ribbon for the order. This was done, unofficially, to distinguish the Order of the Crown and the Order of the Star, when on the MV ribbon.

A friend of mine found a similar ribbon bar some time ago. I'll post a picture when I can find it.
