Unknown General Signature ???

Soldat Group: Members Posts: 31 Member No.: 1356 Joined: March 20, 2007	I just know, that as a colonel he was the first manager of the National Military Museum (15.10.1919 - ?). From 19.04.1931 to 11.08.1932 he was minister of war, and he played a role in the exposure of the “Skoda affaire”. He was also near to the liberals and to Carol II. I hope somebody else has more details. AGC
