(rez) medic Mircea Bruteanu, from the 2nd Army's Mobile Hospital, was awarded the Mihai Viteazul Order 3rd class by Royal Decree No. 3093/11 November 1916. For the bravery with which he saved from enemy hands two trains with wounded. On another occasion he saved 250 wounded and a supply train. Despite the fact that it wasn't his duty, he went to the locomotive under enemy fire and saved several wagons loaded with automobiles.

There was also a Lt. Romulus Popescu awarded the Order of Michael the Brave through High Decree no. 2990 of 1 October 1916.

And one more: Lt. Constantin Pop awarded the Order of Michael the Brave through High Decree no. 547 of 7 June 1917.
