| Deco 2 is Crucea Sfantului Gheorghe http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crucea_Sf%C3%A2ntului_Gheorghe 1 is probably a regimental badge not an award. |

| Correct. It's the 7 year service badge of the 91st Infantry Regiment Alba Iulia - Ferdinand I. The cipher of King Ferdinand can be seen in the upper side and the Roman soldier from Legion VII probably symbolizes Alba Iulia. It is a nice find. |
