Hello

I would like to open a discussion about the mountain -hill Negoi. I have found a Austrohungarian badge of 3 batalion of 55 regiment .......

http://shrani.si/?1E/fU/3xPAQRuO/3-55-znacka-002-majhna.jpg

Only 2 badges are found on Isonzo front ...on hill Sv. Gabrijel- Škabrijel where was the bloodest fight in 11 battle of Isonzo.

Help me to understand why Negoi is so important to put him on the Badge...

Sašo

Unfortunately I cant help you here, but I guess there were serious battles there if the Austro-hungarians dedicated a badge to the place.

It must be something to do with Battle of Sibiu on 26 September 1916.
